| Starting a Program |
Starting a program is not
difficult at Gerard R. Davis Ltd. All that is required is to
phone,
fax or e-mail your basic idea or design. Our skilled
designers will discuss your ideas and some
of our own, and will develop various design concepts. When
the design concepts are complete,
the client is presented with three design renditions in
actual size and enlarged high resolution
artwork for their evaluation and/or revision.
Once a design is chosen, the next step is Tool and Die
manufacturing. When all tool and die
work is complete, we present the client with a “Lead”
impression of the product for approval.
This soft lead impression highlights the complexities and
workmanship of the die and will
give the client a better understanding on how the product
will look upon completion.
The next step is production of the product, packaging, and
delivery to the client.
